Tatsuya experiencing 150 times the pain is a misinterpretation by people who didn't understand the math involved when that example was given.
How it actually works is Tatsuya experiences all of the pain from the entire length of time that he is rolling back in his healing process, but condensed all at once into the fraction of a second that it takes him to actually perform the magic. The specific primary example that that 150 times misinterpretation came from is him healing an injury that happened 30 seconds beforehand in 0.2 seconds. 30 divided by 0.2 is 150, therefore the pain is put into a burst 150 times as compact. To put it another way, it's like comparing getting shot 1 time per second for 150 seconds to getting shot 150 times all at once.
In other words, he is still only experiencing 1 times the pain, however he's experiencing it all at once instead of gradually over time.
