Anon > No, it isn't Nintendo but Team Ninja / Omega Force and it was only a concept-character that never exist officially. They imaginated 2 things : Link as female and a young girl as "Link's sister", named Linkle.

Linkle wasn't meant to be Link's sister, only like a sister, and there have been rumors that she might see light as a dlc character because of the positive response fans had to the idea.
