Meh...this was photo shopped, they can't conceive since they aren't technically married yet ..this movie is based on Naruto coming to terms with his new feelings for hinata "the girl who always waited and watch from a distance" he'll finally ask her out on a date or proposal and after a completely looooong wait she can give the answer; well in her case form a facial expression of "he finally said it, the words I wanted to hear for so long"

so yeah this isn't a pregnancy test , at least it won't be raveled in that way out in the open like that haha...seriously those kind of things are often shown to a group of women first before the fiancée sees it, cracked me up XD
