Peeing after ejaculating doesn't really hurt(at least from my experience) if anything it feels like it's cleaning out your pipes , although urinating while having an erection does feel awkward.

I've found that it hurts after cumming from certain types of stimulation, but not others, and doing it before cumming, after waiting for a bit for the erection to get somewhat less intense, it never hurts, but rather just takes more time (which I'm guessing is because erectile tissue is partly blocking the urethra).
