The Swastika predates the Nazi party by hundreds or thousands of years, and the Nazi party simply stole it. The Nazi stole a lot from other culture while twisting it into something it never was to justify their delusions and actions.

What Hinata is drawing is the caged bird seal.

There's also the Manji, which faces the other direction that the Swastika faced. Basically the same symbol though.
And yes, it was a holy symbol for many, many centuries before the Nazis took it for themselves.
