This looks like a vz-58, Not an AK,

Note the triple venting on the frontgrip, built-in folding stock, oversized Banana-style mag, and the bolt, the most noticeable feature of the Vz58,

It opens all the way across the top of the gun, allowing you to reload the mag in the gun with stripper clips, rather than changing magazines.
