Crossover nothing, as far as we know they're in the same universe. They use the same currency at any rate. Then again *Dandy finale spoilers* so there's that.

On a side note, I guess you can say that Space Dandy takes place years later after Cowboy Bebop. After all, they did mention that there's only a few humans existed in the Universe of Space Dandy. But that's just speculation.

It would be nice if Space Dandy gets a movie. Maybe throw some stories of gaps. But that's just a dream.
