Is he really? I haven't heard from any source other than a supposed leak, and no matter how accurate some of these leaks have been, they've all gotten something wrong.
Personally, I can't see Duck Hunt working as a viable character... Maybe an Assist Trophy, but not a playable character.

Well I'll be damned. Cheeky bastard really IS playable. Not really sure how I should feel about this. It's like Olimar all over again.
Ah well, I won't complain, this isn't the first time Smash has had a goofy, weird addition. Besides, Anon 3 brings up a good point; I've been looking for an acceptable punching bag in Smash. >:3

I love this character so far but a small part of me can't put the thought out of my head that If Nintendo was still good with Rare, this guy would be Banjo and Kazooie....
