Starting from the right:

GitS Arise.. A six ova series reboot.

GitS SAC SSS.. This Motoko is from the movie.

GitS 2: Man Machine Interface.. Here, Motoko backhacks a sexdoll to help Batou.

GitS SAC.. Motoko from both seasons of the series.
No clue on the blonde model

GitS.. I'm guessing this Motoko is from the first movie which started it all.

And no clue on this model either.

Anon #1613431. Gits2 was named Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence , but otherwise you were correct.

Man Machine Interface was the 2nd manga, and that is where the blonde version, shown here, is from.
