every character has to have a glasses alt. even the characters that it doesn't really even make sense for them to have one, like marie, Teddie, the P3 cast ect.

I imagine it is a reference to her ult form from the golden ending i.e. her human boss form. In that form the covered eye looks weird. At least that is what I assume.
