There's a 2. version of the game. This is the only completely new scene but there are finishers to other existing scenes, like the plant rape one now having an ejaculation scene at the end.
Beyond that, there's a new enemy type in the final stage which drips melting goo that makes it much easier to get all the versions of the scenes for monsters in that stage. No more needing to rely on the goo randomness now.

What is it about this pic that makes it so alluring? Her helplessness? The fact the barnacle is toying with her even as it devours her? The shape of her ass still hanging outside the barnacles maw? The fact I like this pic so much worries me a little lol.
