Hawklucha taking down Machamp and Ursaring doesn't make it OP. Ursaring is weak to fighting moves and Hawklucha is a fighting type. Machamp is weak to flying moves and Hawklucha is also flying type. Being unphased by some first evolution starter also isn't OP. It's a fucking Froakie.

What it means is that this particular Hawlucha has some combination of based IVs, stacked EVs, or a relatively high level by comparison to rest of team.
