From what I see, Ganondorf has:
-Dual wielding weapons like Wind Waker
-His armor from Twilight Princess
-Portions of his color scheme from Ocarina of Time
-And long flowing hair like Demise from Skyward Sword
I'm liking all the references here, I hope that Beast-Ganon makes an appearance as well.

Actually, the hair seems closer to TP Ganon, than Demise.

to LG_Negi, his hair was shorter in TP than Demise's in SS. The headdress as a whole, the armor, and one sword is TP, but the gem in the middle and the hair color is more Ganondorf from OoT. The long hair is Demise, and the dual wield if WW. It was also shown that a shadowy beastly Ganon erupts from the ground for one of his abilities. Being more humanoid, the Ganon is OoT.
