What do you mean by "blacklist?" If you mean delete, it's because the Terms of Service and such.

If you mean it won't display because of a negative score, try this:

My Account -> Options -> Post Threshold
Default is 0, set to negative number as necessary (I've seen images I've liked with -25 or so, but most them with scores that low are such for a reason)
