Somewhat half assed translation on my part. Feel free to improve it if it feels off since I usually don't try my hand at these things. "Ejaculating" is probably the wrong verb but it literally means "to semen"...which last I checked we call that ejaculating (among many other things). I avoid the term "cum" because colloquially in Japanese "iku" is the verb used for "to cum" - that particular slang is used earlier in the dialogues.

From the dialogues it's obvious the guy is Aito Yuuki.

Your translation was pretty spot on as far as I can tell. I translated the first two panels and made a tiny edit to the third one so it merges better with the second panel.

And yes, it's pretty common to see ejaculating spelled as 'seishishite' in hentai. Not a very smart idea to use it in real life though.

Also, I'd like to note that the first kanji of ashisu's name is the kanji for 'foot'. as you might have already guessed, it's also the kanji in 'footjob' (ashikoki). So that might be what inspired the author to draw this kind of picture. Or not. Who knows?
