Yeah, definitely KOS-MOS, just didn't know the game.

I don't know Mugen Frontier, though I'm familiar with MUGEN. I doubt it's the same.

It's loosely related to "Namco X Capcom" You get KOS-MOS, Reiji and Xiaomu as playable characters, along with a few others. They're only related to the story in the SRT game itself, not their own games.
