If you look close they skipped frames in the animation... sort of sloppy, but, hey, they crank these things out like crazy, so I guess you gotta take shortcuts where you can

skipping frames is what makes anime... anime.

Japanese animation in general suffers from this very often. These guys are working with thousand dollar budgets an episode half of the time.

As if cartoons are animated well. Avatar is the exception. That series, I'm sure, had a huge budget.

The way Claudette is running down those stairs in such a ladylike and queenly fashion as her huge jugs bounce with that warm smile on her beautiful face gave me such a massive boner. I just adore and love her character and character design. Love seeing her always
