Idk what pokemon is doing anymore but it would've made much sense if they made this ship happen in the anime because it makes the most sense of them all. The bond, character development, like personalities, and similar goals make this a perfect ship. Plus all the meaning and emotion between the two. How they the ribbon halves, or how ash and may are considered "king and queen of the sea" because of the man apt movie. How many times mays been the damsel in distress and ash has been the first to save her (comfort her) every time. And I also like how close he is with her family. No other of his female traveling companions has he had such a bond with the girl themselves and their family. All in all I really like the merits and value that this shipping portrays, it can really teach a lesson to people and couples in real life. I'll put contest shipping down because, it's just hard to view Drew as that guy that will be protective over May and go out of his way for her. I mean Christ ash pretty much almost have his life for her in them anaphylaxis movie, I dot. See Drew doig anything like that. And amourshipping. Don't get me started just cause they knew each other from kids doesn't mean shit. I don't see any merits in that ship like I do in advamcedahipping. We'll that's it for my opinion and my little rant. Seeing this really made me rethink my idea in the whole pokemon shipping mess.
