I realize that he is a robot and therefore technically genderless, but I referred to him as a male anyways. Actually Meow refers to him as "he" in one of the episodes too.

Sorry about double-posting D: but the preview for the next (and last) episode of the season shows QT apparently falling in love with a "female" robot, which also confirms that QT is supposed to be a male persona. Unless QT is a lesbian lol.
