Might be kind of an obscure kink. Obviously a true chastity belt isn't meant to do that.

We have a tag called clitoris_slip for the situation though. Which includes clothing designed to do it, accidental incidents of it, or clothing re-arranged to do it.

Its a good tag but with slow growth.
