Im pretty sure this needs "bad anatomy" tag.. Her ass , hips and back are facing one direction and her torso is facing another.. Also her legs are all fked up- the leg we don't fully see is placed badly, as if its not attached or something... Or maybe its 1.5 times longer than the other one?
