Part of the reason it hurts so much to get hit in the crotch is because it is both a structural center of the human body as well as a junction where a lot of sensitive tissue comes together. Aside from male and female genitalia which is already fairly fragile, there are several major veins, arteries, tendons, nerve clusters, and pressure points at the junction of the legs that do fare very well when receiving major kinetic trauma.

Hence if your going to kick anyone in the crotch be it a cunt punt or a ball bash, aim to strike with the tip of your boot/shoe. guaranteed to leave an opponent at your tender mercies almost instantly.
