There's no denying the latent power of Saiyan/Human hybrids. However, they lack Saiyan battle lust, which is always weakness in Saiyan eyes. This also makes it easy for the hybrid to fall out of practice, and it takes extraneous circumstance for that full power be put to use.

I agree with #2211090. there's no proof as of yet stating that hybrids have a lower total limit than pure sayains do, just no examples or explicit statements to the contrary. IF that were true, sayains may still want to breed with humans, particularly the weaker of the sayains, to increase their races overall combative strength

One little thing the both of them don't understand. Nappa stated it as well as Vegeta, Sayijins that breed with other races is the best thing to do. Gohan severally injured his uncle in the beginning, then was fighting Vegeta face to face, then beat the crap out of Frieza in second form, third, and even his final form. Vegeta was frozen with shock each time.

Even in one of the films Goten and Trunks takes on a villian that looks like Hitler and all of his whole army.

So yes the hybrids can or could be stronger than the average sayijin but can come nowhere near Goku or Vegetas power

And he broke his uncle's armor. Armor that is soft and stretchy for transformations into the Great Ape but hardens or braces for impact and become hard like ceramic. He hit it hard enough to go beyond its limits and hardened armor broke off.
