Dunno where original broadcast is; so many parody pics you can't find original. However, in Japan, there was snowstorm and newscaster acting people how they were dealing with unexpected snow. One of them was a guy holding umbrella over himself and his gf, and he said that being in the snow with his lover gave him a special feeling. The gf looked embarrassed and sorta covered her face. It became a meme overnight.
