No, killing her would be too good for her.

It would be better if the life fibers saw Ryuuko and/or Satsuki as better vessels so they reject Ragyou and transfer their power over to one of them, leaving Ragyou as a simple weak human.

For people like her who love having power over others and who looks down on everyone, taking their most prized possession in the world from them is a fate worse then death, and the ultimate karmic revenge.
