Check the quality of the letters, the kind of image that's posted and... IT'S NOT IN JAPANESE, where it would be first anounced. so... not "probably", but fake.

They wouldn't necessarily be announced in Japan first. Pokemon X/Y were announced worldwide at exactly the same time and released at the same time too. But the font here is completely off and the names are just terrible. If it does happen, you won't be hearing about it through Gelbooru first.
