Not confirmed for incest... yet. Though Levi's last name is indeed Ackerman, it's not clear if there is any blood connection.

Most likely not since it seems Levi was just taken in, but we'll see.

Technically is Incest actually. His mother was an ackerman and her father was an ackerman who left the family. Technically they'd be something like cousins. It's somewhat confirmed in the Anime.
