I don't know about anybody else, but I loved that somewhat-trippy opening for this particular season, with Kaiki in the (Gen 1?) Mazda Miata/MX-5...

I almost want to see basically just that opening turned into a whole series of it's own. "So 90's..." Maybe something like Magnum P.I., just in Japan...
