Jokes aside, I think only caucasians have relatively white dicks. The rest of the world (or at least Japanese and the rest of Asia, mostly) have dicks that are darker in colour compared to the rest of their body skin colour.

Nah, i'm caucasian and my dick is darker than the rest of my skin aswell, i read somewhere it's just a normal anomaly that happens. Though it's rare for it to get THAT dark.
Maybe the artist thought he should draw it darker because there is no lightsource, but considering the insides of the girl are so light that theory is out of the window aswell...
