Jade is clearly not blonde if you've played/watched Tales of the Abyss, and he doesn't wear black.

I think it's just the artist's interpretation of Jade, it DOES have the correct eye color, though the hair color is way off.

As for the not wearing black, it could just be an outfit the artist created, Anise isn't wearing her default outfit, either.

Now, if anyone had a source and knew what the original tags there said....
