Inumuta Houka is the lab and computer guy... Give him a Porygon
Jakuzure Nonon: Could use a Sylveon or Epeon to buff her team, replace Dunsparce with Mega-Gardevoir (Dance)...
Sanageyama Uzu does Kendo, give him a Sceptile with Leaf Blade, replace Simisage with Mega-Scizor!
Gamagoori Ira, his focus on discipline, give him a Golem with Bide or a Wobbuffet for countering... Sub Toxicroak for Mega-Heracross
Kiryuuin Satsuki: Replace the Torkoal with a Samurott (Swords), replace the Omastar with Empoleon (Firm Ruler), Replace the Magcargo with Mega-Venusaur...

ninjawii, the problem with your suggestiong is that it clashes with their team's theme.
you use gameplay terms to determine what they should have. however, gameplay is pretty much irrelevant compared to the character's theme.
the blue hair guy use electric pokemon.
red hair girl use normal type pokemons
green hair use grass type
blonde hair use fighting types
black hair use a mix of water and fire with a rock double type with an emphasis on defense.
gardevoir is not a normal type, scizor is not a grass type, golem or heracross or wobuffet are not fighting types, samurott or empoleon or venusaur are starter pokemons without the emphasis defense and venusaur is a grass type.
theme is what should be considered first and foremost.

For Sanageyama, Sceptile is a Gress type Leavanny is a grass and bug type, with Scizor he'd be a mixed grass and bug trainer...
Jakuzure Nonon Has two fairy types already, so Sylveon and Gardevoir would make her more a fairy and normal trainer
Addition of one non-electric or one non-fighting would not kill the theme of Gamagoori and Inumuta, look at Bruno or Karen. This same principle would apply with Sanageyama, it only get ridiculous if two or three of their teams broke the theme rule...
With Kiryuuin, the pokemon I suggested are based on character traits, make her more of full water and less fire, and Venusaur like Crustle can be very defensive in Mega-form...
Plus the champions in newer games have had less consistent team themes. Look at Adler, three bugs, and three pokemon of completely different typing!

One of the things you seem to be overlooking Ninjawii is that at least for your suggestions for Sanageyama and Nonon, you're scrubbing the Pokemon that match their animal theme. Sanageyma needs a monkey and Nonon needs a snake, thus we have Simisage and Dunsparce. Also, Sanageyama only has the one bug type and Nonon has the one fairy type, both of which are part grass and normal respectively, so those are their theme types.
