I'm not entirely sure how it relates the image, but I-58 was a Japanese submarine, and the Yukikaze was a destroyer, both WWII era.

as for picture, I know Yukikaze is supposed to have high luck, hence why she's a rare, but don't know anything about 58.

Just makes me think of those bugs bunny cartoons and things, where someone would pop out of a drawer or some other thing they shouldn't fit into.
