This is a somewhat common form of fundraiser in Japan for Breast Cancer Awareness. The contributors can get "hands on." In some STD fundraisers, the porn stars get "hands on" with the contributors.

The JAV industry goes through girls so quickly it's honestly depressing.
And the severe lack of men in the industry hurts as well since the men can't even have much of a normal life. Even the most successful JAV male stars can't maintain a relationship.

Things honestly aren't looking good for that industry. And at the rate it's going, it'll only get worse.
