.... You know the reasoning behind it? Please tell me, because I have absolutely no idea why she wasn't made a super saiyan. And I don't wanna hear some excuse that " Oh, she had too little saiyan blood". Because that's absolute bullshit. I don't care if she only had 5% saiyan blood!

They didn't really know how to draw female super saiyajins. The drawings that they came up with made the female super saiyajins look overly masculine and unappealing, so I think he just scrapped the idea altogether.

Ashley got the reasoning right. That said, it's been rectified somewhat. Check out some trailers for Dragon Ball Heroes. The female avatar is known as Note and she is shown in some trailers transforming into a super saiyan!

I know people love to hate on DBGT, but I really enjoyed it for being closer to the original DB rather than DBZ, among other reasons. And my only disappointment with the show is the stupidity of not allowing Pan to become a super saiyan. :/

The spiky golden hair and blue-green eyes are far more distinctive of the Super-Saiyan thing than increased musculature, so I don't see what the problem is in the first place. In fact, it's only a few times that the transformation involves a magical bulk-up anyway.
