It's a collection of pics dealing with the personification of various WW II era Japanese warships, which Shimakaze is one (fastest Japanese destroyer during the war). As to WHY??? the fixation on Shimakaze... its a cute blonde loli with a pet gun turret? I've given up on trying to figure out some things from the Japanese, and this is one of them.
