Birds, for the most part, don't have penises as we mammals know them. They usually reproduce by fitting their cloaca* together. The males often have small pseudo-penises to guide mating, but they don't do much -- with a few exceptions, such as certain duck species, whose males boast some large and very bizarre organs. Some are spiny; some are twisted into a corkscrew; some are even launched out of the body.
