Yea Anon 1. Pretty hard to believe; especially since she is 18 by the end of Evolution-R. The youngest Amelia has ever been was 14, and that was in season 1.

I've watched Slayers all of it, And read the manga. Neither Lina or Amelia are a loli you guys must have been on acid watching it. A loli is a small girl who looks like a child WITHOUT tits. Now in both the anime and manga Lina has some degree of tits and so does Amelia you idiots.

Loli has nothing to do with a character's age, so quoting ages doesn't really provide any sort of evidence.

Flandre Scarlet is 495 years old, but she's still usually depicted as a child, so she's still usually a loli. Yagami Tama from Sasami-san@Ganbaranai is 9 years old, but she's depicted with the body of a 20+ year old, so she isn't a loli.

Jerl is correct. a Loli is based on looks(cuteness). not age. they can even have a big chest and still he cute enough to be a loli.
if you have played TES Skyrim. Babette. the little vampire girl. she is 300 years old. but because she is small and cute. she is a loli.
