Once upon a time Anime had nice fluid movements like this. Now they have the 10 minute long still with stuff moving behind them in the background. WTFjapan.

There's still tons of great pieces of animation coming out, you guys are being absolutely ridiculous. You're comparing one specific piece from a movie to the average quality of a TV anime. This looked better than most parts of a TV anime back then as well.
This isn't even one of Megazone 23's more impressive parts, you're just acting like nostalgia driven drones.
