It's just multiple clipped scenes of her breasts moving about.

Specifically, it's all from the 1st episode where she, the Demon King, is trying to convince the Hero to go with her to end the Demon-Human war in a win-win scenario.

Despite the gif, it's actually a rather good series with very little fan-service that goes into detail of what specifically happens once a war is over and all the economics it entails.
