First, scrub tongue thoroughly
next, bast tongue generously with soy sauce
then remove tongue from mouth (a sharp, curved knife or heavy duty shears work best)
Roll tongue in breading mixture, being sure to coat evenly, then deep fry for 2 to 4 minutes
serve hot with steamed rice and vegetables.
