It's not a flat-top upper, it has the stock Irons. So you wouldn't need MBUS

This is an airsoft gun, you can tell because the logo on the gun is the same as G&Gs Combat Machine line.

the shroud says PTS and butt says PTS and the magazine also labeled with PMAG and is clearly magpul design. EVEN IF GUN ISN"T MADE BY MAGPUL THIS SHOULD HAVE MAGPUL TAG :D

Not just the PMAG, the MOE handguards, the RVG, the MSA, the MOE grip, the CTR stock, and the MS3 sling are all Magpul. Pretty much the only things that could be Magpul on there but aren't are the sights (probably hence the MBUS comment), the lack of a BAD lever, and the buttplate, and even that's hard to tell for sure because I'm having a tough time figuring out what's even going on in that area so it may well have an ASAP for all I know.
