Is there a tag for referencing game mechanics in the picture? This seems to be a joke about Rengar having equal-lowest natural health regen in the game.

It tells smth like
- "Rengar, you are wounded, let me see"
- "I'll be OK. I just need to lick my wounds a bit"
After 3 days
- "Hey, Rengar, your wounds haven't recovered yet? Let me heal you"
- "Just a scratch, I just need to lick a little"
After a week:
- "Is Rengar still licking the wounds? And looks like there are even more injuries now"
- "Stop being stupid and let us heal you, since you already have the lowest health regen of all champs. What if you get an infection?"
