Apparently it's because of Tobi, but that doesn't make any sense considering that Menma had been up to no good before even meeting Tobi. It's a explicable plothole.

TheSaturdayElite, you mean exploitable. It is unknown why he became bad but Tobi had nothing to do with it. It's probably because his personality was the opposite of Naruto's meaning instead of burying his hate he embraced it, basically making him the equivalent of Dark Naruto.
Anon 3, that isn't Rasengan and both Naruto and Menma are really good with Jutsu. I will give you Menma being evil though.
LeatherHead, you have shitty grammar. Menma is alive because he was Alternate-Universe-Naruto and under no circumstances were they going to kill him. Naruto hit Pein with some Talk-no-Jutsu, he then sacrificed himself to bring the people he just killed back to life. If he didn't do that then he would have beaten Naruto and brought him in.
Also, the Akatsuki is full to the brim with kick-ass, awesomely cool characters and I don't know how you weren't down voted into oblivion for saying otherwise.
Anon 4, the nine-tails of their world was passed down to Menma like it was passed down to Kushina, thus the weaker seal allowing him to draw on more of it's power. This world isn't fake, it's an alternate universe where everyone has opposite personalities. In this world Kushina and Minato are pretty much cowards so they wouldn't really care if they were put in that situation and would probably just try to look out for themselves.

If menma was evil all along in that world, then minato and kushina wouldnt have been so normal around naruto (thinking he was menma), they would have been shocked to see their missing son suddenly show up. cuz if he was doing evil under a mask with dyed black hair, he would have had to be missing for a while
