For real though I agree with #1613906. That's the definition of genderswap. Our tag wiki as of the time of this writing:

This tag can also apply to an image of a character of one gender depicted as one of the opposite sex (e.g. a male version of a female character or vice versa).

So yeah I'm gonna add the tag.

Pretty sure it's actually Anput, the Egyptian goddess of mummification and Anubis's jackal-headed consort, not a gender-swapped Anubis, since there's another pic by this author where both this girl and his version of Bastet are grinding themselves on the legs of a jackal-headed male figure who's clearly meant to be the actual Anubis.
