The personification of the Imperial_Japanese_Navy's seaplane tender of the same name. She was illustrated and designed by Akira_(Kadokawa). She has a soft-spoken, Yamato_Nadeshiko personality. She is also noted for having an appearance similar to Anchorage_Water_Oni. She has grey_eyes and very_long_hair black_hair with a lacy hair_decoration, and long payot with hair_tubes with red hair_ribbons. She wears a green_dress in a vaguely hakama style with an oversized obi, and a white lace jacket with long, furisode-style detached_sleeves leading to bridal_gauntlets. She also wears fishnets kneehighs under white-and-red high_heels sandals. Medium damage reveals white lace panties with red ribbon trimming similar to a miko's sleeves. Her combat gear (machinery) includes an anti-air turret set upon a Shinto offertory pedestal with a shide hanging off it. On her back rests a miniature ship's stern carrying multiple cranes and a radio_antenna. Historically, she was sunk very early in the war in May 2nd, 1942 by the USS Drum, a Gato-class submarine off the coast of Japan.
