I believe you had to participate in the indiegogo drive the had in march to raise money for characters and had to pay 10-7500 (only if you wanted a "title" i.e. $56= the "Contributor" title but any amount was ok) dollars to get to vote.

Meaning it was only available to those who gave money.

If it wasn't exclusive to just those people then I SURE as hell couldn't find the voting site.

My friend gave money and she could vote, so that's why I assumed as much.

Correct me if I'm wrong about anything.
