I'm pretty sure it's haiku but it's rather formal. (Having trouble reading it.) It probably says something like:

You made me climax
But not because you where good
I'm just horny now

It is ... something like a pun (or a joke).

1st line, actualy, "Tachibana ya". Tachibana is Japanese word for "mandarin orange", of which in pinyin, "ju".
But in Japanese "tachibana" literary, saying as "standing up flower or blossom".

She cannot stand up, so she (?) coins as "suwari-bana" (sitting down flower or blossom) at the last line.
(Adding more, in Japanese, a flower and a blossom is a same word)

Well, the artist may be a Russian. Russians have anecdote like this, a proper Russian hears a word of "Sadist", then he or she wouldn't image the marquis, but sitting person: to sit in Russian: sadit'.
