That appears to be part of the SSJ God transformation. It actually makes the user slimmer and lose muscle mass. The aura could have been represented better with the orangeish flame but I like that it's different. As badass as SSJ, SSJ2 and SSJ3 were, the next step needed to be something out of the box and whether it's SSJ4 or SSJG I think both are pretty cool.
