Wears a black serafuku shared with the first four ship girls of her class. She has medium-length dark brown_hair to black_hair in a braid as well as blue_eyes. One of the girls with a second remodeling. Here, hair_flaps have formed in her hair, she gains a hair decoration (either salvaged from or based upon one of the Fusou sisters' own) and she wears the same uniform as Yuudachi_(Kantai_Collection) before her, but with a straight tie. Her Christmas portrait for her second remodel gives her a santa_hat, Yuudachi's scarf and a sack. Her damage portrait reveals some of the contents of her sack: the_Yuudachi-like_creature and one of Yuudachi's torpedoes. She is often compared to a Guncannon or a Blastoise due to her rigging being a twin cannon, with the barrels over her shoulders; much to her chagrin. However, for her Second Remodel, she can split her rigging in half and be used as larger individual guns (although so far the only "official" examples of her using her guns thus are the Weiß Schwarz card of her second remodeled form [1] and the Good Smile figurine based on the illustration on said card [2]. Because of her quiet tone of voice, somewhat sad eyes, extreme fondness when referring to Fusou_(Kantai_Collection) and Yamashiro_(Kantai_Collection), and provoking taunts when damaged, there's a fan theory floating around the internet that believes Shigure suffers from PTSD from being the sole survivor of the Nishimura Fleet after the Battle of Surigao Strait. On the less dramatic and serious side of the internet, 4chan insists that Shigure is actually a trap due to her sometimes using masculine vocabulary like "boku" and has renamed her (or him) to "Shigurin."
