I don't think this is BRS. I have the characters in mind but it's not slipping off my tongue, I'll post it in the future since I know this will be on top of my head for at least a few days.

Both of these girls are Black Gold Saw, however there are two different girls. If I am right, then one of them is from Black Rock Shooter the anime, and the other one is from the OVA.

My bet is that the one on the right is from the OVA (considering how little we see her it would make it unclear how big her chest actually is) while the one on the left is from the anime (and we've gotten plenty of shots on how big this version of BGS's rack is).
